2. Strong exp in trouble shooting on MS Exchange 2003/2007 and 2010
3. Expertise on Manageing Blackberry 5.0, OCS 07, MOSS, AD, Email Archiving, Anti Spam / Anti Virus, DNS, SMTP & MAPI on windows 2008 Server.
4. Excellent customer escalation skills, business communication skills (verbal & Written)
5. MCSE, ITIL foundation V3 Certified
6. Scripting kills, particularly in power shell.
7. Strong Exp in handled medium to large Microsoft server Infrastructure.
8. Willing to work on rotational 24/7 supports.
